Griffith Park Travel Town is SO nearby, yet it has taken 2 and 1/2 years for us to finally make a toddler train trip!

Gram Visit: March 2014
Another well-timed and welcome visit from Gram, who now has quite the admirer. If you haven’t seen Hollis live in person in the last few months, you’ll notice in these videos a bit more grasp of language and sentence structure. Personality is starting to flow through her words! The morning after Gram’s last day here, Hollis’ first words of the day were “where’s my gramma”?
Caught On Camera: The Moment Hollis Was Accepted Into The Pack
Julian Trip: December 2014
Hollis Caroline made an appearance at this year’s Nederlander company Christmas party, where she was greeted by carollers. Their version of her favorite, Jingle Bells, was met with shoe-biting approval.
I double dog dare you not to find this song off the charts for adorableness. A mashup of Jingle Bells and Frère Jacque sung seemingly out of the blue by one Hollis Caroline Hughen. And just what location in the world does that “Jingle Bay-yells” accent come from??
If you are what you eat, Hollis Caroline is an organic blueberry
This grocery list pretty much covers 98% of what HCH eats nowadays (minus the salted chocolate bar – that was a Mommy treat!)
Please note that the word “organic” appears 6 times and applies to 10 food items. Hollis, this is due to the good influence of your mother, and requires your father to rewire his sugar-addled brain so that you are fueled up with healthier food than I. One day, we’ll share a can of “Pringles Potato-like Food Approximations” and have a good laugh.
